    1. The Clean Water Act is a law that protects the waters of the state, and in turn our drinking water from pollution.
    2. If your crrent cleaning company allows waste water to enter a storm drain then they are clearly in City Violation.
    3. Fines for these violations are very hefty. Example: forper day of operating illegally. Felony up to five years in the Texas Department Justace and/or $1,000 to $100,000 fine. Corporations - $1,000 to $250,000 fine.
